College and Weight Gain
Filed under: Trivia — admin @ 6:16 am
Did you know that the stats show that most college students, within their first year, will gain an average of 15 pounds? It’s called the freshman 15. Me on the otherm hand will probably have to deal with the freshman -15. I can’t seem to gain any weight no matter how hard I try. Instead, whar do I do? I lose weight!!! This is so not cool.

This is so true… I’ve noticed a lot of girls I knew in high school, who were average build, are now fat. It’s really weird how hard and fast this rule truly is.

It happened to me during my first year at college. I think being away from home and in charge of arranging your own food doesn’t help. Luckily I got myself straightened out quickly afterwards by realizing that I had to eat properly and exercise more.

Honestly, if you wanted to gain weight just drink a gallon of oil. You might not feel so well, but it is several thousand calories, I believe around 30,000. Like I said not very pleasant though.

haha i feel the same way… not matter what i eat and how much i eat i never seem to be able to really gain any weight. ive been the same weight for the past 3 years and i only 22 years. im trying a new tactic; working out and taking a lot of protein supplements, so hopefully ill gain those 15 lbs o_O [so far ive gone up 4 pounds, so things be lookin good]

Eating all the sweets and chocolates and still maintaining a healthy weight is not much difficult if stevia is used rather than sugar and its alternatives.
